Any reproduction, representation, modification or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation, is prohibited.
6. Medical device & nature of the service
MouthCare includes an artificial intelligence analysis currently being qualified as a Class IIa medical device (CE marking in progress). The analysis highlights areas to monitor and probability scores, for information purposes and to help prepare the consultation. It is not a medical conclusion and does not replace an examination by a dentist. The AI flags, the practitioner decides.

8. Dispute resolution
MouthCare is intended for healthcare professionals acting in the course of their business: the consumer mediation scheme (Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code), which is reserved for disputes with consumers, does not apply.
In the event of a disagreement, the parties will seek an amicable solution. Failing that, they may refer the matter free of charge to the Médiateur des entreprises (the French business ombudsman), a public business-to-business mediation service (mediateur-des-entreprises.gouv.fr).
9. Governing law
The website, the app and this legal notice are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the French courts have jurisdiction.
