Two cases, in full transparency: the pre-consultation photo is analysed and then not kept. Follow-up photos are kept for the support pathway and the before/after comparison, only with the patient's explicit consent, which can be withdrawn at any time. They are hosted in France on HDS-certified infrastructure.
Yes, it is the heart of the connected practice. The base templates come from doctoral research (Lyon 1); you then edit your pre-op and post-op instructions, your hygiene sheets, your products, your photo days, directly in the dashboard. Only the questionnaire's red safety alerts cannot be changed.
Guided capture (framing guides, instant quality check) is already proven in the pre-consultation; automatic reminders are sent to the patient, and repeated if they do not reply, by secure SMS, with nothing to install.
